The final electromagnetic stirrer is an electromagnetic stirring device installed at the final stage of solidification of the casting strand.
Applied in continuous casting steel industry.
The mechanism of continuous casting electromagnetic stirring is to strengthen the movement of residual molten steel in the slab by means of the electromagnetic force generated by the electromagnetic stirrer, which can change the flow, heat transfer and material migration process during the solidification process of the molten steel, so as to improve the quality of the steel.
1) Long service life
Coils are made of high quality sintered wire, which are characterized by high resistance to flushing, water and high temperature.
2) High magnetic field stirring efficiency
We use tri-dimensional program software to analyze the distribution of electromagnetism field in the mold to optimize design, so the electromagnetism field in the mold can be more reasonable and the magnetic field force can be much more efficient.
3) Excellent metallurgical effect
Designed to heighten the electromagnetic stirrer height as far as possible under the condition of meeting the requirement of mold, it can not only can improve the magnetic field working efficiency in the electromagnetic stirrer, homogenize the magnetic field distribution, but also increase the molten steel stirring power, extend the stirring time, and improve the casting speed.
4) Low consumption
The iron core is made of high quality silicon steel made by WISCO, which increases the intensity of magnetic field and improves the iron core saturation of EMS, at the same time decreases the consumption of EMS itself.
5) Low reheat
Using Zhongke Electric patented technology, unique design of water cooling, high heat exchange efficiency; independent closed-loop recycling purifying water cooling.
