The in-roll electromagnetic stirrer with strong thrust (complete roller type) for the secondary cooling zone of slab has passed the scientific and technological achievements appraisal of The Chinese Society for Metals, which has been certified as the technology of it is advanced. The product has been applied on more than one hundred strand of continuous casting line for slab, and its market share in China is over 90%.
lt adopts special magnetism shielding technology, non-cogging structure technology, numerical simulation optimization of winding and iron core structure technology, the electromagnetic force is above twice that of similar products (patented invention).
The auxiliary supporting structure is adopted to be applied on continuous caster with plate width of less than 1800 mm.
