It is easy to install. The in-roll electromagnetic stirrer is installed on the segment of the continuous casting
machine(CCM), replacing free supporting roller without affecting the structure of the existing CCM. The installation dimensions are exactly the same as that of the ordinary roller, so it can be exchanged.
The position is easy to be adjusted;
lt adopts special magnetism shielding technology, non-cogging structure technology, numerical simulation
optimization of winding and iron core structure technology, the electromagnetic force is above twice that of
similar products (patented invention);
The roller sleeve is made of non-magnetic, high-Cr-Ni heat-resistant stainless steel, which has excellent wear
resistance and heat resistance; And its reasonable water circuit design provides high cooling efficiency;
The auxiliary supporting structure is adopted to be applied on continuous caster(CCM) with plate width of 1800 mm to 2600 mm; and the splitting design is for continuous caster(CCM) with plate width ≥2600mm.
