It can not only increase the effective working height of magnetic field in the EMS, make magnetic field distribution more homogeneous, but also improve the molten steel stirring force and extend the stirring time, creating conditions for further improving the casting speed and increasing output;
High quality silicon steel is adopted for the iron core, which increases the intensity of magnetic field inside the EMS and improves the iron core saturation of EMS, at the same time decreases the consumption of EMS itself.
