Applied in continuous casting in steelmaking industry.
The mechanism of continuous casting electromagnetic stirring is to strengthen the movement of residual molten steel in the slab by means of the electromagnetic force generated by the electromagnetic stirrer, which can change the flow, heat transfer and material migration process during the solidification process of the molten steel, so as to improve the quality of the steel.
1. High magnetic stirring efficiency
Three--dimensional analysis software is adopted, so as to make the distribution of electromagnetic field of EMS be more reasonable and the generated magnetic field force be more efficient;

Under the premise of meeting the requirement of the EMS installation, the stirring scope of EMS is designed to be increased as far as possible. It can not only increase the effective working height of magnetic field in the EMS, make magnetic field distribution more homogeneous, but also improve the molten steel stirring force and extend the stirring time;
3. Low consumption
High quality silicon steel is adopted for the iron core, which increases the intensity of magnetic field inside the EMS and improves the iron core saturation of EMS, at the same time decreases the consumption of EMS itself.

Coils are made of high quality sintered wire, which are characterized by high resistance to flushing, water and high temperature;

Minimize shrinkage and porosity.
